Delivery charges • Inside Dhaka — ৳80 • Dhaka sub-urban — ৳120 • Outside Dhaka — ৳150 Delivery is charged on top of the item price and paid with the order. We deliver by courier anywhere in Bangladesh, and we confirm the delivery time for your area on WhatsApp when we take your order. Collecting from the shop is free. Come to Meriment Shopping Center, Dhaka, and pay when you collect. Please give a phone number the courier can reach on the day. If nobody answers, the courier tries again before the parcel comes back to us.

Exchange within 7 days — we do not give refunds Message us on WhatsApp at +880 1833-371621 with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange the swap. For an exchange we need the item: • unworn and unwashed, with the tags still on • in the packaging it arrived in • told to us within 7 days of delivery On a change of mind or a change of size, the return delivery is paid by you. If we sent the wrong item, or it arrived damaged or faulty, that is ours to put right — we replace it and pay the delivery both ways. Just tell us within 7 days. We exchange rather than refund, so please ask us about sizing before you order if you are unsure. Colour can look a little different on a screen than in cloth, and that is not counted as a fault. Sending it back by courier takes a few days, and we know that. Once you have told us within the 7 days, your exchange is safe — we wait for the parcel to reach us and then send the replacement.
